excellent stay
friendly staff early check
the staff was friendly and helpful i got a complimentary early check in it made the experience smoother the room was beautiful and very clean breakfast was great and i appreciated the taxi called for airport transport it made my early travel easier.
i forgot my high-quality cotton nightgown i contacted the hotel but i felt they did not make an effort to find it i escalated the case but nothing happened i understand it is my responsibility but i feel they could have shown more empathy.

the breakfast included a variety of options to cater to different tastes it offered fresh pastries and fruit and had a selection of hot dishes the coffee machine provided various specialty coffees.

the room featured a private balcony that had seating for two it offered a quiet spot i used it to unwind the bathroom included modern fixtures like a rainfall shower head i had ample space to relax.

local market passkey entry friendly staff
I really liked this hotel. the area contains the local market, very convenient (especially for trying local delicacies). the passkey entry instead of a physical key was very useful. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even provided earplugs to ensure a peaceful sleep.
i found the noise from the street quite bothersome. lack of soundproof windows or walls did not help at all. i could hear car noises.

helpful staff top notch coffee machine excessive noise slamming dishes
the staff was very helpful and the coffee machine was top notch. the room was clean.
the noise from breakfast activities like slamming dishes was excessive. it woke us up both mornings of our stay. there were no carpets to absorb the noise.

the location offered convenient access to local eateries. the breakfast area WAS nice. I appreciated the good options available each morning. THE staff was friendly and helpful.
The street noise proved excessive. Room isolation was poor. even noise between rooms was noticeable. i found this disruptive. the ac did not work.
